摘要	[目的] 目的了解女性吸毒者使用兴奋类合成毒品的趋势和相关因素的年度变化，为相关疾病防控提供决策参考信息。方法（2011—2018）年采用结构问卷对云南省女子戒毒所新入所者进行横断面调查，分析变化趋势和相关因素。结果共 3 512 名女性吸毒者纳入分析，8 年间使用兴奋类合成毒品的比例逐年上升 (r s =0.230，P ＜ 0.001)，从 2011 年 19.3% 升至 2018 年 57.1%；最近 1 个月发生性行为比例上升 (r s =0.100，P ＜ 0.001)；曾注射比例下降 (r s =-0.090，P ＜ 0.001)。多因素分析结果显示年度、最近 1 个月发生性行为、最近 1 年性伴类型仅商业性伴、未曾注射毒品、年龄偏小的女性吸毒者更可能使用兴奋类合成毒品 ( 均 P＜ 0.05)。结论女性吸毒者使用兴奋类合成毒品和性行为的发生呈上升趋势，需警惕疾病传播从经血途径向经性途径转变。

Abstract：	Objective To analyze the trends on stimulant synthetic drug useassociations among female drug users by time and provide supporteddata for construction of disease prevention and controlling strategy. Methods During 2011—2018, continuous cross-sectional surveywas conductedusing structure questionnaire-based interviews in Yunnan provincial female detoxifi cation center. Trends on stimulant synthetic drug use and associa-tions were analyzed. Results In total, 3 512 female drug users were included in analysis. Within 8 years, stimulant synthetic drug use was increased byyear( r s =0.230,P ＜ 0.001), with 19.3% in 2011 and 57.1% in 2018; sex behavior in a recent month was also increased( r s =0.100,P ＜ 0.001); while injec-tion drug use was decreased( r s =-0.090,P ＜ 0.001). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that year passing, had sexual behavior in a recentmonth, only commercial sex partners in a recent year, never injected drugs and younger female drug users were likely to use stimulant synthetic drug(allP ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Increasing trends on stimulant synthetic drug use and active sexual behavior among female drug users were observed duringlong years, cautions to thetransmissionmodetransforming from blood to sexual mode must be taken.
