    • 308nm 准分子激光联合 2 940nm 饵点阵激光、驱白铜治疗局限型白癜风的临 床疗效

    摘要   [目的] 观察 308nm 准分子激光联合 2 940nm 饵点阵激光、驱白铜治疗局限型白癜风的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析经某医院治疗的局限型白癜风患者的资料，从中随机抽取 100 例为研究对象，根据患者意愿分为观察组、对照组，各 50 例，其中对照组给予 308nm 准分子激光及驱白铜外用治疗，观察组给予 308nm 准分子激光及驱白铜外用治疗外，再加以 2 940nm 饵点阵激光治疗。2 个月为一个治疗周期，观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果 观察组的总有效率为 96%，对照组的总有效率为74%，观察组明显高于对照组，组间差异具有显著性（t=4.662，P ＜ 0.05）。结论 308nm 准分子激光联合 2 940nm 饵点阵激光、驱白铜治疗局限型白癜风疗效显著，不良反应较小，值得临广。
